The terms that govern your use of Dove Developers' services.

Last updated: May 6, 2026

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern all interactions between Dove Developers ("Provider") and the Client ("User"). By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any service, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms. This Agreement applies to all services, including web development, hosting, maintenance, digital products, and technical support.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any Dove Developers service, the User automatically accepts these Terms of Service. Acceptance occurs when the User:

  • Completes a purchase or payment;
  • Accesses or uses any Dove Developers product or service;
  • Engages Dove Developers for any project or subscription.

No signature is required for this Agreement to be legally binding.

3. Services Provided

Dove Developers offers professional web development, hosting, maintenance, digital product creation, and related technical services. Specific service details may be outlined in proposals, invoices, or written communications. Dove Developers reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue services at any time to maintain quality and operational efficiency.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due on or before the specified due date, regardless of whether an invoice is issued.

  • Any purchase constitutes a binding financial obligation enforceable under applicable law.
  • Payments not received by the due date are considered late and subject to a $25 late fee.
  • Additional late fees may accrue monthly until the balance is paid in full.
  • Dove Developers reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for nonpayment.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for service delivery;
  • Maintain timely payments;
  • Follow Dove Developers' policies and guidelines;
  • Avoid misuse of hosting, servers, or digital products;
  • Maintain secure passwords and access credentials;
  • Notify Dove Developers promptly of any issues requiring support.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Service Suspension and Termination

Dove Developers may suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • Payments are missed or late;
  • Fraud, abuse, or illegal activity is detected;
  • The Client violates these Terms or related policies.

Suspension does not relieve the Client of financial obligations. Termination may result in permanent loss of access to hosted data or digital products.

7. Collections and Enforcement

If the Client fails to pay any required amount:

  • Dove Developers may pursue collection through internal or external means;
  • The Client is responsible for all reasonable costs, including administrative, legal, and court fees;
  • Accounts may be reported to credit or business agencies or transferred to a collections firm;
  • Continued nonpayment may result in legal action.

8. Service Levels and Performance

Dove Developers will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service availability. However, service interruptions may occur due to:

  • Third-party hosting providers;
  • Network outages;
  • Scheduled maintenance;
  • External factors beyond Dove Developers' control.

Support requests are typically addressed within 24–48 hours, with urgent issues prioritized when possible.

9. Security and Data Protection

Dove Developers employs reasonable security measures, including:

  • Firewall protection;
  • Malware scanning;
  • Regular updates and patching.

While Dove Developers takes precautions, no system is guaranteed to be fully secure. The Client is responsible for maintaining secure credentials and avoiding negligent practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dove Developers shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data due to nonpayment or service suspension;
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  • Delays or interruptions caused by external providers or Client negligence.

The Client's sole remedy for dissatisfaction with services is to discontinue use.
